Oisin 360 Degree Feedback Initiatives
Oisin’s 360 degree feedback initiatives provide insight into the skills and knowledge required for excellence within a specified role.
Oisin’s 360 degree feedback initiatives are comprised of:
- The identification and defining of behavioural competences representing the core skills and knowledge required by a particular job function
- The development of open-ended questions to elicit qualitative information regarding job performance
- The administration of 360 degree feedback surveys where selected individuals are rated against behavioural competencies by their manager(s), peers, direct reports and themselves; the participants are also asked to answer open-ended questions relating to an individual’s job performance
- The authoring of concise reports that detail perceived performance gaps and provide a ranking of developmental needs
Oisin’s 360 degree feedback initiatives may be conducted online or in a paper-based format.
