Historical forces suggest that tomorrow’s winners will be those who can quickly adapt to and capitalise on sudden shifts in the marketplace.
Coaching is a process that enables individuals, teams and organisations consciously embrace these shifts and experience transformational change. It involves interacting with people in a way that shows them how to transform or stretch their vision, values and abilities and produce spectacular results in their lives and in their organisation.
This highly practical and interactive workshop will enable participants to employ a reliable and robust process in coaching both individuals and teams within organisations. It is suitable for Senior Leaders, Managers, Internal and External Coaches, Organisational Development Professionals and anyone who seeks to drive high performance within their business.
